EFT Tapping Script – Fruit of the Spirit: KINDNESS

“Allowing Kindness to Flow Through Me”
(Script 5 of 9)

Preparation

Take a slow, gentle breath.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Allow yourself to become aware of the nearness and tenderness of the Holy Spirit.

Begin tapping on the Karate Chop point when you are ready.

I open my heart now

As I surrender to Your guidance,
allow Your kindness to flow through my thoughts,
my words, and my actions.
Teach me to be kind as You are kind. Amen.”

Pause and notice the softness, warmth, or openness within you.
