Opening Intention

“Today, I open my heart to God’s presence within me.
I allow the Fruit of the Spirit—Self-Control—to arise naturally
as I surrender to the loving guidance of the Holy Spirit.”


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop point – tap gently while repeating 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes struggle to exercise self-control,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I surrender this struggle to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.”

“Even though I may feel tempted, overwhelmed, or reactive at times,
I choose to trust that God’s Spirit lives within me,
guiding me gently toward self-control.”

“Even though I have relied on my own strength before,
