“I open myself to the presence of God within me.
As I surrender to the guidance of the Holy Spirit,
I allow the Fruit of the Spirit—Gentleness—to come forward naturally,
softening my heart, my thoughts, and my responses.”

I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I surrender this pattern to the gentle guidance of the Holy Spirit.”
