Allow yourself to become aware of God’s presence within you.

When you’re ready, begin tapping on the Karate Chop point.

Setup Statement (Karate Chop – repeat 3 times)

or feel disconnected from what is right and pure within me,
I now choose to gently surrender myself
to the loving guidance of the Holy Spirit.”
