Preparation

Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Bring awareness to the center of your chest, the location of the Heart Chakra.
Notice any tension, emotional heaviness, or difficulty giving or receiving love.

Rate your sense of love, compassion, and Heart Chakra balance from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though my Anahata Chakra may feel blocked or imbalanced,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though I sometimes struggle to love myself or others fully,
I honor my awareness and am open to balancing my Heart Chakra now.”

“Even though part of me has held grief, resentment, or emotional heaviness,
I choose to release these blocks and open to love, compassion, and inner harmony.”


Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging Blockages

Eyebrow:
“This tension or heaviness in my heart”

Side of Eye:
“The difficulty I feel giving or receiving love”

Under Eye:
“All the hurt, grief, or resentment I carry”

Under Nose:
“This feeling of emotional closure or guardedness”

Chin:
“All the ways my Heart Chakra feels blocked”

Collarbone:
“The tightness or pressure in my chest”

Under Arm:
“This resistance to connection and compassion”

Top of Head:
“All these blocks keeping my Anahata Chakra from flowing freely”

Take a slow, grounding breath… exhale fully.


Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening

Eyebrow:
“These blocks once protected me from hurt or rejection”

Side of Eye:
“They reminded me to be cautious with my heart”

Under Eye:
“I can honor their purpose”

Under Nose:
“But I no longer need grief, resentment, or fear to protect me”

Chin:
“I allow love, compassion, and forgiveness to flow freely”

Collarbone:
“I release emotional heaviness and resistance”

Under Arm:
“I open to connection, empathy, and heart-centered living”

Top of Head:
“Softening all resistance to love and emotional flow”

Breathe deeply… long exhale.


Tapping Round 3 – Releasing Blockages

Eyebrow:

Eyebrow:
“I embrace love, compassion, and emotional openness”

“My heart is open to giving and receiving love”

Under Eye:
“I cultivate forgiveness, empathy, and understanding”

Under Nose:
“My Anahata Chakra flows with harmony and balance”

Chin:
“I am connected to myself and others with love”

Collarbone:
“My emotions and relationships are harmonious”

Under Arm:
“I choose compassion, kindness, and heart-centered living”

Top of Head:

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.


Closing Integration

Place one hand on your heart and one on your stomach.

Say softly:

“I release emotional blocks, grief, and resistance.
My Anahata Chakra is open, balanced, and aligned.
Love, compassion, and inner harmony flow through me naturally.”

Re-rate your sense of Heart Chakra balance from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel openness, warmth, and connection.
