Release the Sin of Anger – EFT Tapping Script

Preparation

Take a slow, deep breath in… and a long breath out.
Notice where anger shows up in your body — tension, heat, tightness, clenching, or agitation — without judging it.
Simply observe it as it is.

Rate the intensity of your anger from 0 to 10.

Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I feel this anger inside me,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though this anger has been holding me back or hurting me,
I honor my feelings and am open to releasing it now.”
