Preparation
Take a slow, deep breath in… and a long breath out.
Notice where anger shows up in your body — tension, heat, tightness, clenching, or agitation — without judging it.
Simply observe it as it is.
Rate the intensity of your anger from 0 to 10.
Setup Statement
(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)
“Even though I feel this anger inside me,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”
“Even though this anger has been holding me back or hurting me,
I honor my feelings and am open to releasing it now.”
“Even though part of me has held onto resentment or rage,

Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging the Anger

“All this resentment and frustration”

“The tightness and heat in my body”

“The urge to react or lash out”

“This emotional pressure inside me”

Take a deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening

“This anger once tried to protect me”

“It warned me of injustice or hurt”

“It helped me feel strong or safe”

“I can honor its purpose”

“But I no longer need to hold onto it”

“My body and mind can release this burden”

“I allow patience and peace to grow”

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.
Closing Integration
Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.
Say softly:
“I release anger and resentment.
I choose peace, patience, and love.
I am calm, centered, and free from the grip of anger.”
Re-rate your anger from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until the intensity has decreased and you feel centered.
