Align with Stability – EFT Tapping Script

Preparation

Take a slow, deep breath in… and a long, steady breath out.
Notice any wobbliness, uncertainty, or inner instability — without judgment.
Simply feel where stability is blocked in your body.

Rate your sense of stability from 0 to 10.

Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes feel unstable or ungrounded,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though life can feel unpredictable or uncertain,
I honor my feelings and am open to stability now.”

Balance and steadiness flow through me naturally.”

Re-rate your sense of stability from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until a deep sense of security and grounding is established.

Therapeutic Insight

Stability is an internal state, not dependent on external circumstances.
Releasing fear, doubt, and tension allows your natural groundedness to emerge.
