Preparation

Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any tension, agitation, worry, or inner unrest — without judgment.
Simply observe where peace feels blocked in your body.

Rate your sense of peace from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes feel stressed, anxious, or unsettled,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though life can feel chaotic or overwhelming,
I honor my feelings and am open to peace now.”

“Even though part of me doubts I can feel calm,
I choose to align with inner peace, serenity, and ease.”


Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging Blocks

Eyebrow:
“This tension and stress inside me”

Side of Eye:
“The agitation or unrest I carry”

Under Eye:
“Worries that keep me on edge”

Under Nose:
“This mental and emotional noise”

Chin:
“This heaviness in my body”

Collarbone:
“All the ways I block calm”

Under Arm:
“This inner turbulence”

Top of Head:
“All these barriers to peace”

Take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale.


Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening

Eyebrow:
“These feelings once kept me alert and safe”

Side of Eye:
“They may have helped me respond to challenges”

Under Eye:
“I can honor that purpose”

Under Nose:
“But they no longer need to dominate me”

Chin:
“My mind and body can release tension now”

Collarbone:
“I am allowed to feel calm and safe”

Under Arm:
“I welcome serenity into my body and mind”

Top of Head:
“Softening resistance and letting go”

Breathe deeply… long exhale.


Tapping Round 3 – Releasing Blocks

Eyebrow:
“I release stress, worry, and inner chaos”

Side of Eye:
“Letting go of agitation and tension”

Under Eye:
“I allow calm to flow through me”

Under Nose:
“Peace fills my mind and heart”

Chin:
“My body and nervous system relax”

Collarbone:
“Old patterns that block peace dissolve”

Under Arm:
“I am open to serenity and stillness”

Top of Head:
“Peace flows through me naturally”

Pause. Take a grounding breath.


Tapping Round 4 – Installing Peace

Eyebrow:
“I align with inner peace in every moment”

Side of Eye:
“I feel calm, grounded, and centered”

Under Eye:
“My mind is clear and still”

Under Nose:
“My heart is at ease”

Chin:
“I respond with calm instead of reaction”

Collarbone:
“Serenity flows through me naturally”

Under Arm:
“I am safe, grounded, and peaceful”

Top of Head:
“Peace is my natural state”

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.


Closing Integration

Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.

Say softly:

“I release resistance and welcome peace.
I am calm, centered, and grounded.
Peace flows through me naturally and effortlessly.”

Re-rate your sense of peace from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until a deep sense of calm is established.


Therapeutic Insight

Peace is an inner state, not dependent on external circumstances.
Releasing tension, worry, and resistance allows serenity to naturally emerge.
