Nervous System Healing – Lower Your Stress and Anxiety by 50% – EFT Script

This EFT script is intentionally practical and measurable.
You’re not trying to eliminate stress—only to lower the intensity by half, which your nervous system can do quickly and safely.


Preparation (30 seconds)

  • Sit or stand comfortably

  • One hand on your chest or belly

  • Take two slow breaths, longer on the exhale

Silently rate your current stress/anxiety from 0–10.
No judgment—just notice.

Say quietly:
“I only need this to soften.”


EFT SETUP – Karate Chop Point

Tap gently and repeat 3 times:

Even though my stress and anxiety feel strong right now,
I accept how I feel and allow it to ease.

Even though my nervous system is activated,
I don’t need it to disappear—just to calm down.

Even though part of me is stressed or anxious,
I choose to lower this by 50% now.


ROUND 1 – ACKNOWLEDGING THE ACTIVATION

Top of Head

This stress in my body.

Eyebrow

This anxiety right now.

Side of Eye

My nervous system is activated.

Under Eye

Tight, fast, uncomfortable.

Under Nose

My body reacting.

Chin

Trying to handle something.

Collarbone

Carrying too much.

Under Arm

I acknowledge what’s here.


ROUND 2 – REDUCING, NOT REMOVING

Top of Head

I don’t need this gone.

Eyebrow

I just need it lower.

Side of Eye

Less intensity.

Under Eye

Less pressure.

Under Nose

Less urgency.

Chin

50% calmer is enough.

Collarbone

My nervous system can do that.

Under Arm

I allow it to soften now.


ROUND 3 – SIGNALING SAFETY

Top of Head

I am safe in this moment.

Eyebrow

Nothing urgent right now.

Side of Eye

Nothing I must fix immediately.

Under Eye

My body can slow down.

Under Nose

My breath tells my nervous system.

Chin

It’s okay to relax.

Collarbone

I let my shoulders drop.

Under Arm

I let my system settle.


ROUND 4 – LOWERING BY 50%

This stress is reducing.

Eyebrow

Turning the volume down.

Side of Eye

From intense to manageable.

Under Eye

From overwhelming to workable.

Under Nose

My body knows how.

Chin

My nervous system is responding.

Collarbone

Half as much is enough.

Under Arm

I feel more space now.


ROUND 5 – STABILIZING THE CALM

Top of Head

I stabilise this calmer state.

Eyebrow

My system remembers this.

Side of Eye

Calm is accessible.

Under Eye

I can return here again.

Under Nose

Stress no longer runs the show.

Chin

I am more regulated now.

My nervous system is settling.

Under Arm

I allow this calm to stay.


CLOSING – INTEGRATION

Stop tapping.
Place both hands on your body.

Take one slow breath.

Re-rate your stress/anxiety from 0–10.
Even a small drop counts—your nervous system learns through increments, not force.

Say softly:

I don’t need to be stress-free.
I am calmer than before.
My nervous system is responding.
This is enough for now.
