Preparation

Sit or lie comfortably.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring your awareness to areas of your body where you feel tension, tightness, or anger.
Notice any thoughts, memories, or triggers that amplify stress or frustration.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I feel stressed, frustrated, or angry right now,
and even though I notice tension in my body and racing thoughts,
I choose to acknowledge these feelings honestly,
and I am open to releasing this stress and anger now.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Stress and Anger

Eyebrow:
“I notice the tension and stress in my body”

Side of Eye:
“I feel frustration and anger rising inside me”

Under Eye:
“I notice my mind racing, overwhelmed, or restless”

Under Nose:
“I feel irritation, resentment, or tightness”

Chin:
“I notice the heaviness and pressure of anger”

Collarbone:
“I feel the urge to react or lash out”

Under Arm:
“I feel overwhelmed by these emotions”

Top of Head:
“I acknowledge these feelings honestly”


Round 2 – Releasing Stress and Anger

Closing Integration

Place one hand on your heart and one on your solar plexus.
Breathe slowly and deeply.

Say silently or aloud:

“I release stress, frustration, and anger.
I choose calm, clarity, and emotional balance.
I nurture myself and my mind with patience, peace, and understanding.
Stress and anger flow out of me, leaving space for calm and harmony.”

Allow your body, mind, and energy to absorb this sense of release, calm, and emotional balance.
