Turn Up the Frequency of Kindness


Preparation

Sit or lie comfortably.
Take a slow, deep breath in…
and exhale fully.

Bring your awareness to your heart and mind.
Notice any tension, judgment, impatience, or harshness — toward yourself or others.
Acknowledge these feelings without judgment.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes struggle to be kind and compassionate,
and even though I notice moments of judgment, harshness, or impatience,
I choose to acknowledge these feelings honestly,
and I am open to turning up the frequency of kindness in my life.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Blocks to Kindness

Eyebrow:
“I notice times when I am impatient or harsh”

Side of Eye:
“I sometimes judge myself or others”

Under Eye:
“I feel tension or frustration that blocks kindness”

Under Nose:
“I notice fear, doubt, or resistance to compassion”

Chin:
“I sometimes withhold love, care, or support”

“I notice impatience in my words or actions”
