Below is a compassionate, grounded, and responsible EFT Tapping Script for Stopping Cocaine Addiction.
It is written word-for-word, suitable for personal use or therapeutic settings, and focuses on craving reduction, emotional regulation, self-respect, and recovery orientation.
Important note (please read once):
EFT can be a powerful supportive tool, but cocaine addiction is a serious medical and psychological condition. EFT works best alongside professional support (addiction counselor, medical provider, support group). This script does not replace treatment—it supports recovery.
EFT Tapping Script
Stop Cocaine Addiction
Preparation
Sit comfortably with both feet on the ground.
Take a slow breath in through your nose…
and release it slowly through your mouth.
Bring gentle awareness to:
-
your urge or craving, or
-
the after-effects (guilt, exhaustion, shame, anxiety), or
-
the emotions underneath (stress, emptiness, pressure, escape).
You do not need to intensify anything. Just notice.
