Sit or lie comfortably, keeping your body supported.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Bring awareness to the area of pain or discomfort in your body.
Notice the intensity, sensations, emotions, or tension associated with it.
Acknowledge them without judgment.
Setup Statement
