Place your feet on the ground.
Allow your body to settle.
Take a slow, deep breath in…
And a long breath out.
There is nothing to fix.
Nothing to force.
Just notice.

Even though my nervous system has been holding stress, tension, and survival energy,
I choose to gently allow healing, safety, and balance now.
Even though my body has learned to stay alert and protective,
I honour it, and I invite it to soften.
Even though I may not know how to relax completely yet,
I allow the possibility of calm and restoration.
