EFT Tapping Script – Healing Apathy (50)
Theme: Hopelessness, shutdown, emotional exhaustion, loss of will
Before You Begin (Optional Spoken Note)
If you feel numb or empty, that’s okay. You don’t need to feel motivated or hopeful for this to work. Just tapping is enough.
Setup Statement (Karate Chop – repeat 3 times)
Even though I feel empty and disconnected, like I’ve given up on life, I accept that this is where I am right now.
Even though I feel hopeless and tired of trying, I don’t have to fix anything today.
Even though part of me feels like nothing matters, I allow myself to stay present for this moment.
