EFT Tapping Script – Healing Guilt (30)
Theme: Remorse, self-judgment, taking responsibility without self-punishment
Setup Statement (Karate Chop – repeat 3 times)
Even though I feel this guilt, this heavy sense that I’ve done something wrong, I choose to acknowledge it with honesty and care.
Even though I judge myself for past actions, words, or choices, I am open to learning without condemning myself.
Even though this guilt keeps replaying the past, I choose to allow understanding and forgiveness to begin.
