EFT Tapping Script

Healing Self-Love & Self-Esteem

(Use a calm, steady tone. Tap 5–7 times on each point. Take a slow breath between rounds.)


Step 1 – Identify the Core Feeling

Before tapping, rate the intensity (0–10):

  • “I don’t feel good enough.”

  • “I struggle to love myself.”

  • “I compare myself and feel less than.”

  • “I’m too hard on myself.”

Note the number.


Setup Statement (Karate Chop Point)

(Tap on the side of the hand.)

Repeat 3 times:

“Even though I struggle to fully love and accept myself,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though part of me feels not good enough,
I choose to be open to self-compassion.”

“Even though I have carried self-doubt for a long time,
I am willing to see myself differently.”

Take a deep breath.


Round 1 – Releasing Self-Criticism

Eyebrow:
“This feeling of not being enough…”

Side of Eye:
“This harsh inner voice…”

Under Eye:
“All this self-criticism…”

Under Nose:
“Comparing myself to others…”

Chin:
“Feeling like I fall short…”

Collarbone:
“This old belief that I’m not worthy…”

Under Arm:
“Carrying shame in my body…”

Top of Head:
“I’ve been so hard on myself…”

Pause. Deep breath.


Round 2 – Acknowledging the Origin

Eyebrow:
“Maybe I learned this long ago…”

Side of Eye:
“Maybe someone criticized me…”

Under Eye:
“Maybe I didn’t feel seen…”

Under Nose:
“Maybe I didn’t feel chosen…”

Chin:
“And I made it mean something about me…”

Collarbone:
“I decided I wasn’t enough…”

Under Arm:
“But that was pain speaking…”

Top of Head:
“That was never my truth…”

Deep breath.


Round 3 – Releasing & Choosing Differently

Eyebrow:
“I release this old story…”

Side of Eye:
“I release comparison…”

Under Eye:
“I release shame…”

Under Nose:
“I release self-judgment…”

Chin:
“I choose understanding…”

Collarbone:
“I choose compassion…”

Under Arm:
“I choose kindness toward myself…”

Top of Head:
“I am open to loving myself.”

Pause. Deep breath.


Round 4 – Installing Self-Love & Self-Esteem

Eyebrow:
“I am worthy.”

Side of Eye:
“I deserve love.”

Under Eye:
“I am enough as I am.”

Under Nose:
“My worth is not earned.”

Chin:
“I respect myself.”

Collarbone:
“I speak kindly to myself.”

Under Arm:
“I honor my progress.”

Top of Head:
“I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”

Take a long, slow breath.


Round 5 – Confidence Integration

Eyebrow:
“I trust myself.”

Side of Eye:
“I believe in my ability to grow.”

Under Eye:
“I am proud of who I am becoming.”

Under Nose:
“I release perfectionism.”

Chin:
“I allow myself to be human.”

Collarbone:
“I stand in my value.”

Under Arm:
“I carry myself with confidence.”

Top of Head:
“I am enough. I always have been.”


Closing Integration

Place your hand over your heart.

Say slowly:

“I am learning to love myself more each day.”
“I treat myself with compassion.”
“I deserve the same kindness I give to others.”
“I am worthy.”

Take one final deep breath.

Now re-rate the intensity (0–10).
Notice the shift.
