EFT Tapping Script

Boosting & Strengthening Self-Esteem

(Tap gently 5–7 times on each point. Speak slowly. Pause for a breath between rounds.)

Before starting, rate your current self-esteem feeling from 0–10
(0 = very low, 10 = strong and confident).


Step 1 – Setup Statement (Karate Chop Point)

(Tap on the side of your hand.)

Repeat 3 times:

“Even though I struggle with low self-esteem,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though I doubt myself sometimes,
I am open to seeing my value.”

“Even though part of me feels not good enough,
I choose to respect and accept myself.”

Take a deep breath.


Round 1 – Releasing Self-Doubt

Eyebrow:
“This self-doubt…”

Side of Eye:
“Questioning myself…”

Under Eye:
“Feeling less than…”

Under Nose:
“Comparing myself to others…”

Chin:
“Being too hard on myself…”

Collarbone:
“This fear of not measuring up…”

Under Arm:
“Carrying insecurity…”

Top of Head:
“I’ve been doubting myself for so long…”

Pause. Deep breath.


Round 2 – Identifying the Root

Eyebrow:
“Maybe I learned this early…”

Side of Eye:
“Maybe someone criticized me…”

Under Eye:
“Maybe I didn’t feel good enough…”

Under Nose:
“Maybe I tried to prove myself…”

Chin:
“And I started believing the doubt…”

Collarbone:
“But that belief is not who I am…”

Under Arm:
“That was an old story…”

Top of Head:
“And I am ready to release it…”

Deep breath.


Round 3 – Releasing & Resetting

Eyebrow:
“I release comparison…”

Side of Eye:
“I release self-judgment…”

Under Eye:
“I release the need to prove myself…”

Under Nose:
“I release harsh self-talk…”

Chin:
“I allow myself to be human…”

Collarbone:
“I allow myself to grow…”

Under Arm:
“I allow myself to learn…”

Top of Head:
“I am becoming stronger each day…”

Pause. Breathe.


Round 4 – Installing Confidence

Eyebrow:
“I am capable.”

Side of Eye:
“I have strengths.”

Under Eye:
“I have overcome challenges.”

Under Nose:
“I am learning and improving.”

Chin:
“I trust myself more each day.”

Collarbone:
“I respect who I am.”

Under Arm:
“I stand in my worth.”

Top of Head:
“I believe in myself.”

Deep breath.


Round 5 – Empowered Self-Esteem

Eyebrow:
“I deserve success.”

Side of Eye:
“I deserve happiness.”

Under Eye:
“I deserve respect.”

Under Nose:
“My voice matters.”

Chin:
“My presence matters.”

Collarbone:
“My growth matters.”

Under Arm:
“I am enough as I am.”

Top of Head:
“My self-esteem grows stronger every day.”


Final Anchor

Place your hand over your heart.

Say slowly:

“I respect myself.”
“I value myself.”
“I trust myself.”
“I am worthy.”
“I am enough.”

Take a long, deep breath.

Now rate your self-esteem feeling again from 0–10.
Notice the shift.
