Overcome Passive Aggression


Preparation

Sit comfortably or lie down.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring your awareness to any situations where you notice passive-aggressive feelings: sarcasm, avoidance, resentment, or subtle hostility.
Notice where you feel tension in your body — maybe in your jaw, chest, or stomach.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I notice passive-aggressive feelings or tendencies in myself,
and even though I sometimes avoid expressing my anger or frustration directly,
I choose to acknowledge these feelings honestly,
and I am open to releasing passive aggression and expressing myself in healthy ways.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Passive-Aggressive Patterns

Eyebrow:
“I notice frustration or resentment I haven’t expressed”

Side of Eye:
“I sometimes hide my feelings instead of speaking up”

Under Eye:
“I notice sarcasm, avoidance, or subtle hostility”

Under Nose:
“I may feel annoyed but hold it in”

Chin:
“I sometimes express anger indirectly instead of clearly”

Collarbone:
“I notice tension in my body from unexpressed feelings”

Closing Integration

Place one hand on your heart and one on your solar plexus.
Breathe slowly and deeply.

Say silently or aloud:

“I release passive-aggressive tendencies.
I choose honest, respectful, and assertive communication.
I express my feelings with clarity, confidence, and care.
I am calm, balanced, and emotionally healthy.”

Allow your body, mind, and energy to absorb this sense of directness, honesty, and inner peace.
