EFT Tapping Script – Healing Grief (75)
Theme: Sadness, loss, mourning, learning to carry love without pain
Before You Begin (Optional Spoken Note)
Grief is not a problem to fix. It is love responding to loss. You don’t need to let go—only to let it move.
Setup Statement (Karate Chop – repeat 3 times)
Even though I feel this deep sadness and sense of loss, I honour what this grief represents.
Even though part of me feels broken or empty since this loss, I allow myself to feel what is true.
Even though this grief lives in my heart and body, I choose to meet it with gentleness.
