EFT Tapping Script Healing Shame (20): Destructive, self-loathing.

EFT Tapping Script – Healing Shame (20)

Theme: Destructive self-loathing, toxic self-judgment, feeling fundamentally wrong

Setup Statement (Karate Chop – repeat 3 times)

Even though I carry this deep shame, this feeling that something is wrong with me, I choose to acknowledge it with honesty and compassion.

Even though this shame makes me turn against myself, attack myself, and feel unworthy of love, I am open to the possibility that healing can begin now.

Even though I’ve learned to believe I am bad, broken, or unlovable, I choose to offer myself understanding instead of punishment.

Imperfection does not equal unworthiness

I am allowed to learn and change
