Healing a Broken Heart

Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to the emotional pain, loss, or heartbreak you are feeling.
Notice where it shows up in your body — heaviness in your chest, tightness in your throat, tension in your stomach, or waves of sadness.
Acknowledge these feelings without judgment, knowing it’s safe to release them and begin healing.
