Welcome.
I’m Gerald Crawford, and I’d like to take a few minutes to introduce you to my latest book,
The EFT Tapping Script Workbook.
This book was created for one simple reason:
to make emotional healing practical, accessible, and human.
Many people know what they struggle with—
anxiety, guilt, grief, anger, emotional shutdown, relationship conflict—
but they don’t know how to work with what they’re feeling,
especially in a way that feels safe, grounded, and effective.
That’s where EFT comes in.
Emotionally Focused Therapy works directly with the nervous system and emotional patterns that shape how we think, react, and relate.
It doesn’t force change.
It creates safety—so change can happen naturally.
My mission with this workbook is to provide healer’s training and high-quality, easy-to-use EFT scripts that can be used not only for self-healing, but also to support others—clients, patients, students, or loved ones.
You don’t need to be a therapist.
You don’t need years of training.
You just need presence, compassion, and a structured way to guide emotion safely.
This workbook gives you that structure.
It includes clear EFT tapping scripts for emotions such as:
shame, guilt, fear, grief, anger, apathy, desire, pride, courage, and more—
each written to meet people where they are, not where we think they should be.
Because real healing doesn’t come from pushing people forward.

Short EFT Experience (1–2 minutes)
Take a slow breath in…
and a slow breath out.
Now, gently tap the side of your hand.
Even though I may be carrying tension, stress, or emotion right now,
I allow myself to be present for this moment.
Even though life can feel overwhelming at times,
I don’t need to fix anything right now.
Even though I may not have all the answers,
I allow my body to soften just a little.
Now tap gently through the points.
Eyebrow:
Noticing what I’m feeling
Side of Eye:
Letting my system slow down
Under Eye:
Allowing a little more space
Under Nose:
I don’t need to rush
Chin:
I don’t need to push
Collarbone:
I allow calm to enter
Under Arm:
I allow safety in my body
Top of Head:
I return to this moment
Take one more slow breath.
That’s EFT at its simplest:
acknowledging what’s real, while gently guiding the nervous system toward balance.
